Processors:
We use World Best Processors from Intel and AMD for any our Infrastructure requirements.
Operating Systems:
We use Operating Systems like Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS and Microsoft Windows for our various Infrastructure deployments.

We provide Mailing lists like Mailman for the lists and newsletter management of the customers.
Antivirus / Antispam:
We use Antivirus software like ClamAV and Symantec for the antivirus protection of our infrastructure and use the world’s best spamassassin software to keep away spam from the inbox.
Network & Bandwidth Monitoring:
We monitor all the servers and the services using various tools like Nagios and OpManager and bandwidth usage using tools like Cacti, Solarwinds and MRTG.

VOIP Servers:
We provide phone support for all the Infraster customers using our IVR phone system based on the open source application Asterisk.
Virtualization:
We provide Virtualization using software like XEN, VMWare and Virtuozzo.
Firewalls:
We protect our infrastructure with hardware firewalls like CISCO PIX and CISCO ASA Firewalls and we also provide web application firewalls like dotDefender to protect the web applications against hackers.

Helpdesk:
We provide technical support using our ticketing system based on the World’s best Kayako Support Suite.
Power Management:
All our servers and other equipments like the firewalls and switches are connected to Tripp Lite power management which is used to reboot the equipment or the server remotely whenever a need arises.
Remote Connection:
The servers can be connected using various remote connection software like Remote Desktop connection software, VNC, PcAnywhere, etc. The Linux servers can be connected via SSH using software like Putty.
