Can I only upgrade storage of my Flexi Cloud Server keeping processor and RAM as it is?
Yes, you can choose which resource you want to upgrade. It’s totally up to you. You decide whether you want to upgrade RAM or storage and we will do it for your without any disruption to your existing application.
What is Flexi Cloud Server used for mainly?
When your application is on testing phase and you do not want to go for dedicated server during this beta mode, this is the best solution where you can test your application without paying for a dedicated server. Yes, you will get unique IP address for your Flexi Cloud Server. Using this IP, you can connect your application or you can remote access to it.
Can I put my DNS server on this Flexi Cloud Server?
Yes, virtually you can install anything on your Flexi Cloud Server. You can install DNS Server as per your requirement in this server. There is no restriction from our side on installation of any software or services until it is adhering to our AUP.
Do I get the control panel to manage my Flexi Cloud Server?
Yes, you get Plesk Control panel to manage your Flexi Cloud Server. You can also host up to 10 websites using the same panel.
Can I upgrade my control panel to host and manage more websites?
Yes, as like resources, we give upgrade option for control panel as well. Choose the best suitable to your needs and we will do the needful for you.
Can I use any other control panel which is not listed on your offerings?
No, we do not support any other control panel than listed. You can however install and manage the same on your own using the root access of the Flexi Cloud Server.
